Prismatic
Mesmerizing retro-effect with prisms
Both give a rainbow effect, but the pattern differs. Prismatic reflects light in larger geometric rectangles with a retro, '80s look, while Glitter reflects it in small overlapping dots that sparkle.
Prismatic and glitter are both holographic specialty materials. They reflect light into rainbow colors that shift with the viewing angle. The difference is the pattern in the material.

Which one to choose
Choose prismatic for a bold, graphic effect across the design. Choose glitter for sparkle. If you want a finer shimmer, look at Pixie Dust. Both prismatic and glitter use permanent adhesive.
On specialty materials, a white layer decides where the effect shows and where colors are opaque. For more on how the effects work, see Understanding material effects.
