What makes it a Label on Roll

Labels on Roll are kiss-cut, so you can peel each label from the continuous backing liner while the liner itself stays intact.

The roll format makes labels easier to dispense repeatedly and supports machine application for higher-volume labeling. It's still a Label, because the information it communicates is the product. Supplying it on a roll changes the format and how you apply it, not the product category.

Common uses

Product packaging, product information, barcodes, logistics and inventory labeling, and repeated or high-volume labeling.

You can apply roll labels by hand or use them with dispensers and labeling machines. Machine application is especially useful when you need consistent placement and higher application speed.

Materials and finishes

Labels on Roll use StickerApp's Label materials, not Sticker materials. Base materials include PP, PET, and Kraft Paper, with laminate, varnish, or uncoated finish options depending on the material. See Label Materials & Finishes for available combinations.

Using Labels on Roll with a labeling machine

Labels on Roll work with dispensers, roll applicators, and labeling machines. Machine application requires the roll format and the correct core size. The material and adhesive must also be suitable for the machine and application.

Not sure if this is what you need?

Labels on Roll vs. Labels on Sheet: Labels on Roll are supplied on a continuous backing liner and suit repeated, high-volume, or machine application. Labels on Sheet (in stock soon) are supplied on flat sheets and suit manual application. The excess material around them is weeded away, so individual labels are easier to peel.

Choose Labels on Roll if you're applying larger quantities or using a dispenser or labeling machine. Choose Labels on Sheet if you want labels on flat sheets that you peel and apply by hand.
