Yes. Metallic labels come with a glossy or a matte finish. Both use the same silver metallic base, the finish only changes how the label reflects light and feels.
Glossy or matte metallic labels
Your metallic labels are printed on the same silver metallic material, and you choose the finish that goes on top.

Glossy: A shiny surface that makes the metallic effect as strong and reflective as possible.

What the finish does
