How strong is the adhesive on heavy duty stickers?

Heavy Duty Stickers use a hi-tack adhesive with a strong initial grab and a durable long-term bond, made for industrial use, rough and curved surfaces and long outdoor exposure.

Adhesive strength of heavy duty stickers

Heavy duty stickers are built for tough industrial environments. They combine PVC material, a hi-tack adhesive and a 12 mil laminate.

The adhesive

Hi-tack is a high-strength adhesive with a strong initial grab and a durable long-term bond. It holds where a standard permanent adhesive may not, for example on:

  • Metal, plastic, glass and powder-coated surfaces

  • Rough, textured or curved surfaces

  • High-traffic, high-impact or high-vibration areas

Common uses

  • Labeling industrial machinery and tools

  • Vehicles

  • Safety signage

  • Warehouses, construction sites and manufacturing plants

The laminate

A 12 mil weather-resistant laminate protects against scratches, moisture, chemicals and UV light. The stickers handle extreme temperatures, heavy wear and long outdoor exposure, as well as oil, dirt and frequent handling.
